Foreign tourist found dead off Bali beach

A tourist from Haiti was found dead off Peti Tenget beach, North Kuta, Bali at 8.30 a.m. on Sunday.

The tourist, identified as Pierre Wilson, 30, reportedly drowned on Saturday, kompas.com reported.

"He was found dead not far from the place he was missing," Made Widana, a search and rescue team member, said as quoted by kompas.com.

Witnesses said Wilson was swimming on Saturday but a sea wave dragged him into a deep sea water. and he suddenly disappeared.

Wilson's body has been brought to Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar.
