United Nations resolution passed on aquatic chemical weapons

A recently passed resolution by the United Nations confronts the complex issue of chemical weapons abandoned at sea.

While Terrance Long, a Canadian-based munitions expert, features prominently in the passing of that resolution.

According to a recent article by the Canadian - based ChronicleHerald.ca (a variation of which can also be readily accessed here), Terrance Long, a munitions expert of the Canadian municipality of Cape Breton working with the United Nations advisory board on underwater chemical weapons, helped establish a resolution that was passed last month in The Hague.
